Versent is hiring an In-house Lawyer in Sydney! Our

In-house Lawyer is a specialist in commercial law who will provide legal support to all areas of the Versent group. You will work closely with senior management, sales & delivery to evaluate legal impact of major decision, assess cases, compiling legal opinions and reviewing and composing contracts across all areas of commercial, employment & corporate development work. This involves preparing legal documents, negotiating with customer and suppliers, and being responsible for legal matter and representing these for the Versent group.

Roles and Responsibilities includeSupport the legal and commercial function to:Review, negotiate and draft a range of commercial contracts such as master services agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, lease agreements, and service arrangements;understand and advise on all aspects of services engagements including professional services and managed services, outsourced arrangements, and reseller style engagements;partner with the relevant business units, including but not limited to people and culture, marketing, security…
