Crewe Sharp is a leading provider of nursing staff to aged care and community care providers across Australia and deliver development and educational training to many aged care facilities in Brisbane. Due to the demand for aged care training, we are now looking to engage the support of an In-service/workplace trainers.
About You:
- Proven ability to present to groups in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- A broad understanding of education theory, including adult learning principles.
- First-hand experience of working in aged care, health, or social services sector (desirable, but not essential).
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic service delivery environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National police check
- Current driver’s license and reliable car.
- Current Covid and Flu Certificate
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an RN or EEN. The training sessions will be held on site at various facilities and or on-line. You will be required to deliver mandatory training sessions, and workshops on various topics as nominated by our clients. All courses have been developed and prepared ready for presentation.
