Working with the ACT Group, you will gain:

- Competitive compensation of $92 – $118 per hour, reflecting experience and service years.
- Support through diary management services and up to 12 days of professional development per year.
- The autonomy to operate as an Independent Consultant.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Clinical Services:
- Provide high-quality Therapeutic Services across Out of Home Care, education, and NDIS.
- Conduct assessments; including positive behaviour support plans (PBSP), Education Needs Assessments (ENAs); counselling, report writing, and secondary consultations.
- Collaborate with children, young people, their carers, and support networks to facilitate positive outcomes.
Professional Development and Support:
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in all areas of work.
- Support the strategic goal of service growth for 2024.
Essential Requirements:
- Registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Social Worker, Social Worker, Registered Counsellor, Art Therapist, Play Therapist, or Behaviour Support Practitioner (proficient or above).
- Demonstrated experience with vulnerable populations, especially in childhood trauma.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Current ABN or ACN for independent consultancy.
