- Min 3-5 years' experience in a strategy or project delivery role
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Proven financial management skills, including business case review, P&L familiarity, and financial monitoring.
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage others effectively.
- Outstanding presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in management consulting (highly regarded)
