Come join the team in this busy and varied role, working across multiple projects in a multitude of site offices, located within a 20kms radius of each other, on the south side of Brisbane, so flexibility to work from different locations is required, including Logan. Supporting a wide range of administration, coordination and support activity to the Construction team, Supervisors and Senior Leading Hands.
Describe the client:
This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.
Position Description:
Provide general administration support as required
Daily manual purchase order data entry, ensuring relevant approvals are received
Following up on backorders and missing product
Organise training and courses for the construction team
Schedule monthly toolbox talks
Assist with inducting trades into Sine/Kineo
Generating of construction reports as required
Perform monthly job close outs
Updating via whiteboards, construction milestones as per build program
Position Requirements:
Current drivers' licence and reliable transport to travel between sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organised, effective time management and strong attention to detail
Proficient across MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Monday to Friday - 7am - 3pm
