- Provide advice and support to Community Justice Groups to assist in their support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims and offenders in contact with the justice system.
- Build and maintain relationships within the court system, including judicial offers, government, and non-government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Build capability of Community Justice Group staff, Community Justice Group members and Murri Court Elders and Respected persons.
- Analyse Community Justice Group financial and performance reporting to monitor program and data indicators and ensure Community Justice Group compliance with Service Agreements
- Administer grants on the SmartyGrants grant management system.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
- Take a lead role in managing conflict and negotiating positive outcomes across all CIP programs.
- Lead or support specialised projects for Indigenous Justice Programs.
