We are seeking an enthusiastic Mentor who is knowledgeable and passionate about Indigenous culture and traditions, to support our Indigenous students and educate our community. Working closely with our Chaplain, Boarding and pastoral care teams you will build strong relationships across the College to create a sense of belonging and inclusion for Indigenous students. In addition you will assist with the implementation of the MLC RAP, liaise with external support groups and serve as a role model to our students.
We invite applications from those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have experience in working with young people in a school environment. Ideally you will be engaged in or have completed a higher education course and have excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels.
