What we are looking for:

Role requirements:
- You understand the impacts of historical and contemporary policy and practices upon Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. You have a demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with humility and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- You have knowledge of and/or experience in assessment and case work intervention relating to young offenders, and knowledge of theoretical perspectives that relate to youth justice practice.
Please note - It is a genuine occupational requirement that this position be filled by an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person as permitted and arguable under Sections 25, 104 and 105 of the QLD Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
