CommBank Health sits within Business Banking (BB) which offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers.
The CommBank Smart Health Crew consists of multiple Squads and the BA Lead will manage the BA members allocated to the stream of work within the squads.
Do work that matters
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work on the CommBank Smart Health Project managing the execution of Iterations on our solutions across several web portals with a focus on meeting business goals to uplift the solution as per agreed scope, within budget and to customer expectations using the Banks Enterprise-wide project management methodology (Group Delivery Framework - GDF), toolset and support processes.
You will also be required to maintain and build productive relationships with key stakeholders, including our Core Project Team (Project Lead, Project Managers, Product Owner, Business Analysts and development team), Line 1 Risk, Compliance, third party stakeholders, system owners and other SMEs.
More specifically you will
Gather and analyse Technical Business requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture. Analyse and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes Provide support and participate in testing activities including unit testing, BA testing and system testing Provide on-going assistance to support teams for functionality released into production Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Work closely with delivery team to ensure that solution being developed meets business objectives We want to hear from you if you have Demonstrated experience working as a digital/Technical Business Analyst Experience with Agile methodology Experience in business process modelling, data analysis, requirements analysis, solution assessment & validation Good understanding & experience with APIs and SQL Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong stakeholder management skills We have a strong commitment to promote social, economic and financial inclusion for First Nations Australians.
