The Opportunity
 

We have a rare opening for a Procurement Administrator to join our Indirect Procurement team for a parental leave backfill. With hybrid working options available (some office-based days in North Ryde is required) this position is fundamental for the accurate management of invoicing, purchasing and ensuring contractual obligations are being met for our Indirect Procurement services. 
 

As Key User for SAP ARIBA for Indirect Procurement, this role also provides training in SAP ARIBA for our internal users across the country, offering some national travel and report directly to the Indirect Procurement Manager, offering you access to key insights and support. 


Core requirements of the position are the accurate end to end management, review and payment of invoices, raising of purchase orders and working collaboratively with internal teams to enable timely processing.  This role will see you interacting with internal colleagues across the buying, accounts payable and systems functions and will be looking for a natural communicator who enjoys guiding others, gathering information and building relationships that result in clear and effective communication channels. You will be ensuring the data is correctly captured and maintain project data using SAP ARIBA and support the Procure 2 Pay process including resolving any issues or questions as they arise.

The fundamental skills needed for this role is proven experience using SAP or Ariba experience from a similar role. Ideally you will have a good understanding of the procurement process (raising and processing purchase orders, managing and paying invoices etc) and regard yourself as having an eye for detail and accuracy in your administrative tasks.
