Job description

CSE Uniserve is a leading supplier and integrator of end to end Radio/Teclo and Network solutions, working across Australia & New Zealand with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities companies. With this opportunity you will be a key member of our Procurement team and be responsible for assisting and supporting the smooth workflow of customer and supplier orders to the overall benefit of CSE nationally. Working across a collective of verticals you will be an internal and external go to expert for all things Procurement and Supply, directly managing some of CSE’s largest and most important partners. This will include management the customer orders, sales dispatch, vendor management and non-compliance, through to cash flow and revenue forecasting. 

You will have: 

  • Proven experience in a Sales/Logistics or Procurement related role, ideally from a midsized to large national business. 
  • A minimum of Higher School Certificate, additional education in a procurement/logistics capacity highly favourable
  • Advanced Microsoft application skills in particular MS Excel, with a heavy eye for detail and a due diligence mindset. 
  • Strong communication skills, from general customer service through to vendor negotiations and disputes. 
  • Proactive work approach with an enthusiasm for a job well done, and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Shipping/Cargo – with exposure to claim management.
  • Strong ERP system management with both data entry but also audits and reviews.
