This role provides clerical and administrative support to Councils Hire Office, including: Purchase order creation and processing Invoice cross referencing and processing Reporting and implementing administrative procedures COULD THIS BE YOU? The Plant and Procurement Systems Administrator is responsible for providing specialised assistance to the Plant and Supply team – Hire Office. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED Certificate III in business administration OR equivalent relevant experience (typically 3 to 5 years) in office administration or similar NSW Drivers Licence Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (White Card).
