Individual Disability Support Worker

YourRole is to provide assistance toparticipants in all aspects of daily living including meals, personalcare and meaningful engagement within home and community engagement.  It is expected the role is to proactivelyengage the participants to discover opportunities and build their abilitiesthat will empower them to take control of the life they choose.

·        Relevant Qualifications and/orexperience in similar role are highly desirable but will consider those withexperience in the community service, age care or youth work sectors.

Requirements

·        Cover Letter & Resume

·        Certificate 3 in Individual Support(Desirable)

·        Current Certificate for First Aid(HLTAID003)

·        A copy of your Working with ChildrenCheck (WWCC) (Employer)

·        A current Australian driver’s licence

·        National Criminal Record Check nomore than 3 months old

·        Evidence of eligibility to workwithin Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ AustralianCitizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)

·        Professional Reference – minimum of 3
