As an Individual Support Services Organiser, you will be the first point of contact for rostering and enquiries for clients and support workers for the provision of individualised services provided by the HSS branch. You will be facilitating the provision of Individual Supports to clients by working with the client and the workforce engagement coordinator to identify and establish a care team; schedule shift times; respond to daily communication from clients and staff and update/make changes to rosters.
Requirements:Experience/exposure in rostering procedures;
Ability to be flexible to the changing workload and demands;
Ability to implement person centred approaches to service delivery;
Experience with Carelink rostering systems;
Well-developed computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products; including Word and Excel, and Internet and email applications.
Certificate III in Disability/Aged Services or experience in the field of human services;
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
Current Working with Vulnerable People Card with NDIS Endorsement
