We are seeking to employ a passionate Individual Support Trainer / Assessor to join our energetic and vibrant team
In these contract roles you will be:
- Effectively communicating with students and employers Australia wide
- Training and assessing via online LMS/phone coaching
- Maintaining administrative systems and performing all administrative tasks related to the assessor role
To be successful you will have:
- Certificate III or higher in either Individual Support Ageing / Individual Support Disability or both qualifications
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 preferred but not essential or must be willing to complete course throughout employment and work towards completion with support
- Current Working with Children check
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to meet/exceed all KPI's as determined by the organization
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for excellent client service delivery and meeting challenges
- Ability to complete all requirements of undertaking training and assessment services according to the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations
- An understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to train and assess via phone coaching
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in the delivery of online training and assessment services will be highly regarded
