Form of workWe are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to fill the role of Sports Manager to manage Indoor Sports like Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Cricket, Netball etc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of sports facility operations, managing staff, and enhancing the overall experience for our patrons. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance facility operations and customer experience.
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and revenue generation.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, overseeing facility maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and execute sports events, leagues, and tournaments to engage the community and attract participants.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, patrons, and stakeholders to enhance the overall Sports Centre experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the Sports Centre and increase participation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance the Sports Centre's offerings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports facility management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Budgeting and financial management expertise.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in sports facilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for sports and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive sports community.
