Industrial Electrician - $45/Hr + Super + Car

Workfast is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the Service and Care Technician team, based in Bankstown servicing the Sydney and NSW region for the role. 

The rate of pay is up to $45 per hour + Super.

You must have 4 years experience working as an Electrician and ideally have mechanical experience with a Forklift License.

About you

• Candidates must have at least 4 years Electrician experience
• Valid NSW Electrical Licence 
• We are open to those with a Mechanical Trade (Fitter, Turner or Boiler Maker)
• Ideally with a Supervisor/Contractor license
• Forklift License
• Must have a White Card
• Must have a valid NSW drivers licence
• Physically fit to carry out labouring work

What you will be doing

• Takes ownership of allocated tasks and duties – follows through to task completion. Ensuring sufficient task analysis is completed to carry work out safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
  equipment while in the field.
• Efficient and accurate installation of equipment in accordance with drawings, blueprints and specifications
• Participate in training programs as directed by the company
• Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.
• Educate customers on correct operational requirements, preventive
  maintenance and safety requirements, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying
  solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
