Infor M3 Business Analyst

The role
As an Infor M3 Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the ERP system to drive operational excellence. In this position, you will utilize Infor M3 to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with strategic objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within our manufacturing and distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and aligning them with Infor M3 capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring successful implementation of Infor M3 solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Oversee financial analysis for projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget adherence.
• Foster strong communication with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment of Infor M3 solutions with business objectives.
• Create detailed documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases tailored to our client's operational needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, with a strong preference for experience in the manufacturing/distribution sector and specific expertise in Infor M3 ERP.
• Proficiency in Infor M3 and its ecosystem, with a strong grasp of manufacturing-related modules and functionalities.
• Familiarity with Infor ION and event-based integration architecture, supporting seamless data flow and process automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in integrating and leveraging web services, along with proficiency in Salesforce CRM, is highly valued.
