- Information System Support Officer position with NSW Crown Lands
- Temporary full-time opportunity until Feb 2025 in Newcastle (other locations negotiable across our NSW office locations), with flexible/hybrid working model
- Salary ranges from $79,032 - $86,539 + super + annual leave loading + flex leave
About you
You are an exceptional customer experience professional who is highly organised with a high attention to detail. You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build and maintain relationships particularly internally with a range of stakeholders will be key to your success.
Supporting the Crown Lands agency will have you being delegated tasks from multiple teams so you'll be required to manage competing priorities and pivot where required. Your energy and your enthusiasm to put the customer first as well as your ability to take accountability for your workload will be welcomed by the team.
While you possess sound knowledge of IT systems, your ability to problem solve and trouble shoot logically and methodically whilst maintain a high level of customer service will see you succeed in this role.
