About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Information Systems, this role is responsible for support and analysis of the Doctors' Health Fund's systems and processes within Information Systems.
This role is tasked with a deep understanding of the way our systems, processes and procedures interact, ensuring policies, processes, standards as well as Key Risk Indicators are managed for the Information Services team.

Key accountabilities include:
- Continuously review our systems (HAMBS, e5, Sugar CRM, website, mobile app etc) for best-fit.
- Lead and assist with implementation of policy, process and standards uplift.
- Process documentation.
- Work very closely with the Application Support Lead as well as the Head of Information Services to ensure all documentation in the way of policy, process and standards is well documented and understood by all team members.
- Present new policy, process or standards to the team and ensure the Information Systems team is comfortable and understanding of the change.
- Work with Line 1 Risk to facilitate work required for any internal/external audit findings.
- Work closely with Application Support team and Delivery team to ensure policy, process and standards are well understood and part of their working culture.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous experience in a business or process analysis role (ideally within health insurance).
- Experience using health systems such as HAMBS, e5 Workflow and Microsoft operating/desktop systems.
- Interest in process improvement and a desire to help our team improve.
- Ability to analyse and interpret business needs.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
