The opportunity: We are on the lookout for a driven and passionate leader to join us as our Information Technology Manager. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will join a collaborative and experienced IT team who are innovative, solution-focused, and pride themselves on high quality output. You will lead and manage a close-knit team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of Pedders Information Technology, whilst providing exceptional customer service support to our company and franchise employees. Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead and develop the IT team both personally and professionally to deliver a first-class service to the Pedders business. Management of BAU customer engagement to Senior Leaders including all operational reporting, process support, team mentoring and customer service improvements. Provide BAU governance and support for Pedders physical, virtual and SaaS technology platforms and information systems. Responsible for ongoing support, development, and maintenance of Information Systems including testing and communicating all changes and improvements in software and configuration.
