Information Technology Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in overseeing the IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity operations. Reporting directly to the Director of IT and Transformation, you will spearhead efforts to optimize IT services, enhance cybersecurity measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. π‘οΈπΌYou will look after a portfolio of 53 users, you will know networks, applications, how they fit together, as well as do vendor management. You get IT systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Managed Services and Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure the delivery of quality IT services. Optimize IT budget and manage vendor relationships effectively such as Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Protecht ERM, and Office 365 πΌπ‘
- Cybersecurity Framework: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures in compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular assessments and ensure adherence to data protection laws. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws including the Essential 8 Framework and GDPR ππ
- IT Service Delivery: Supervise service desk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Maintain compliance with security policies and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery (preferable work with Cenitex) π οΈπ©βπΌ
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders. Gather feedback to enhance service delivery and manage software updates and employee training. π€π¬
Key Selection Criteria- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. π
- Strong technical expertise across various IT domains. πͺ
- Proven experience in IT and vendor management, preferably in investment and funds management. πΌπΌ
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. π§©
- Proficiency in ITSM, ITIL, and IT Service Delivery. π
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. π£οΈ
