About the Role
Join our team as a dynamic Inside Sales & Customer Support professional! This role involves building strong customer relationships, handling enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and support the sales team in generating leads. In this role, your keen analytical skills to quickly understand customer needs, provide accurate advice on products, and support the sales team with reporting and telemarketing, is key.
Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Management of email and phone enquiries to CHS SLA's
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Maintain customer records in the CRM database
- Prepare, submit and follow up sales quotes
- Collaborate with partners and internal stake holders to execute sales
- Participation in outbound lead generation activities
Skills and Experience required in the role:
- Proven Inside Sales experience within the healthcare sector, with track record of over-achieving quota.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to outbound sales campaigns
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities from many different stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact well with other staff members and customers
- Advanced telephone selling skills, including the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence in articulating product value to the customer.
- Resilient and versatile, you can work autonomously or in a team, and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
