Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our E-commerce Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our e-commerce packaging solutions forward. This position involves assisting the Head of the Division with client management, following up on website-generated packaging inquiries, and building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to support their growth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a commitment to sustainability, and a background in packaging. This opportunity presents great advancement opportunities within a growing business. 

Responsibilities:

·       Assist the Head of the E-commerce division in managing and supporting client accounts

·       Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries generated from our website, converting interest into sales opportunities

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored packaging solutions to support their growth

·       Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in packaging, especially those related to e-commerce and sustainability

·       Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support

Requirements & Experience:

·       Proven experience within the packaging industry or experience managing the packaging for an e-commerce company

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients of all levels

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team

·       Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

·       A commitment to sustainability and a passion for innovation in packaging
