Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ similar experience in similar roles
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good all round team player, proven ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to act as part of the business inputting into broader business strategy and improvement projects
- Desired Skills & Experience: * Experience within the glazing industry, ideally with frameless glass shower screens, and/or balustrades and pool fencing. * Knowledge of Windows / retrofit Double Glazing Units
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain and increase Frameless Glass products revenue to existing and new customers
- Identifying short-and long-term sales growth opportunities
- Identifying and assessing existing and potential customer’s critical needs and presenting business proposals including quotations and sales presentations.
- Acting as the key interface between customer and Clearly Frameless, managing customer complaints and providing technical customer support as necessary
- Networking with business partners and customers
