The Sales representative is responsible for promoting, demonstrating and selling the Leecare suite of programs to home and community and residential aged care organisations across Australia - thePlatinum6 suite.
The successful applicant will be expected to have minimum 3 years experience working at a similar senior autonomous level, selling software systems used in the healthcare sector, specifically in home, community, aged and retirement living.
They will be proficient in using all MSOffice products, and experience using CRM and Proposal systems.
Be responsible for the coordination of sales activities and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have Heathcare Software Sales Experience.
This position is responsible for the following tasks:
- Devise with the Sales and Marketing Director (SMD), a suitable marketing strategy identifying organisations in Australia with whom to market Leecare’s software packages to
- Make initial (both cold and hot lead) contact with organisations with the view of demonstrating the packages to relevant stakeholders of all sizes
- Respond to incoming enquiries
- Meet key sales targets, set with the SMD and CEO.
- Organise demonstrations either face to face, webinars or online
- Utilise the established resources and demonstration procedure
- Attend conferences with the SMD
- Prepare proposals for potential clients using the company’s current framework
- Contribute their ideas to the company processes
- Ensure relevant documentation/system entries are completed
- Liaise with internal teams to completion of the installation
- Forward weekly and monthly reports as advised
- Be part of the future program development as a key contributor to the programs continuous improvement from your client relationships
