As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of products/services and collaborate with a supportive team to achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for the Veterinary MQVet portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Deliver compelling in clinic and virtual sales and product demonstrations.
  • Manage leads, sales inquiries and prepare quotes.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the sales cycle. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to management. 
  • Efficiently utilize and maintain our CRM system for accurate data management.
  • Surpass assigned sales targets and play a key role in accelerating revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets, preferably in the veterinary or medical equipment industry.
  • Proactive, persistent, and resilient prospector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effortlessly.
  • Ability to understand complex veterinary equipment and its applications – training will be provided 
  • Collaborative team player.
