As an Insights Senior Analyst, you'll use data insights to help protect our customers and CBA from breakdowns in operational processes.
On a day to day basis you'll:
- Work collaboratively with risk, distribution, operations, product stakeholders and other data teams
- Support with the delivery and maintenance of an automated data solution that supports the RBS business in monitoring its Business Controls
- Support with the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of self-service dashboards and tools that help drive decision making
- Support potential data migration activities (e.g. Tableau to Power BI)

We're interested in hearing from people who:
- Think creatively and problem solve using analytics to drive decision making
- Previous experience in financial crime will be very highly regarded
- Possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, including written & verbal communication
- SQL, R Studio, Python, Tableau, PowerBI (not all are required)
- Advantage if you have an awareness of risk & controls
- Curious mindset, passion for data and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
