Insolvency Analyst

Great opportunity for a Graduate candidate to join a supportive Insolvency business based in Subiaco.

Our client is a leading financial advisory firm in Australia, dedicated to guiding individuals and businesses through insolvency, restructuring, and debt negotiation processes. They are a team comprised of experienced advisors who are committed to providing transparent, strategic support, ensuring clients navigate financial challenges with ease.
With a growing pipeline, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and switched-on Junior Analyst to provide clerical assistance to their busy office. You will have recently graduated from university with a degree in accounting or similar and be eager to start your career in an insolvency firm.
Your duties will include the following but not limited to:

• Assisting with the production and mailing of circulars to creditors
• Liaising and communicating with al staff/clients or other professionals and various organisations at all levels.
• Assisting with data entry into Turnkey (training provided)
• Conducting bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Analysing client documents (typically bank statements) to identify the nature of transactions and any trends, illegal activity (under supervision)
• Answering incoming calls and referring to the appropriate person
• Maintaining of document filing for each assignment

To be successful you will have the below:

• You will hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You will have a high attention to detail.
