KMT are "changing the game" in the managed services sector and are seeking a Project Manager to join our "United" and "Accountable" team on a permanent basis.

The Role
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various IT projects for our clients. You will be instrumental in implementing and overseeing the Change Management process within our Professional Services team, ensuring seamless transitions and project execution. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-oriented approach will be vital in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will be expected to understand and apply the fundamentals of ITIL service management principles, ensuring that our service delivery aligns with industry best practices. You will possess a solid understanding of key technology solutions, including computers, networking, cloud, or software applications, allowing you to effectively manage diverse IT projects.
We are looking for someone work effectively and independently, whether in a small team or as part of a larger program of projects with commercial and enterprise organisations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and a wide range of customers is crucial to project success.
Effective Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is your ability to maintain excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical for tracking project progress and ensuring completeness in all job tasks.
Demonstrating initiative and self – motivation is key to being successful for this role
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in project coordination, project management, service delivery or other similar roles
- Experience across industry segments
- Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with PRINCE2, PMP or other project management disciplines
- Understand the fundamentals of ITIL service management principals
