Form of workWorking alongside market leading Litigation Partners and with the full support of the National Insolvency Group, you will join a collegiate team and continue to build the firm’s capability across front-end insolvency and disputes.
This position will suit an established Partner (or Senior Associate/Special Counsel) with a transportable client following in the range of $500K-$1M+, with strong experience in:
- Liquidation & bankruptcy
- Receivership
- Voluntary administration
- Distressed debt trading/acquisitions
- Major creditor claims
- Related litigation and disputes
You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional technical background, with the ability to lead a team of high calibre lawyers and drive business development activity in Western Australia and into other markets.
