Form of workAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency Partner to join a leading international law firm as Head of Practice in leading their existing practice and further building their capability across both front-end insolvency and related litigation matters.
The firm has extensive local, interstate, and international networks, and are now seeking a high calibre Partner (or Senior Associate/Special Counsel with some transportable client following) to take build and develop a leading Insolvency practice, alongside the firm’s national Managing Partner.
To be successful in this role and join the Partnership, you will bring across a transportable fee base of $500K+ with experience advising across:
- Liquidation & bankruptcy
- Receivership
- Voluntary administration
- Distressed debt trading/acquisitions
- Creditor claims
- Related litigation and dispute resolution
We are interested in speaking with experienced Partners, Senior Associates, or Special Counsel level lawyers who are looking to take the next step in their career by joining a rapidly growing partnership.
You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional technical background, with the ability to lead a team of high calibre lawyers and drive business development activity in Western Australia and into other markets.
