The role manages a variety of SME /Commercial clients. Dedicated customer service focus as well as accuracy and high-level literacy and numeracy are required, as is enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
A generous salary package (6 figures) is on offer.
The Role:
- Manage a book of SME/Commercial Clients
- Facilitating all client servicing activities
- Process new business, renewals, policy amendments etc. and liaise with clients and insurers
- Knowledge of general insurance products/policies
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Review all policy Terms and Conditions, ensuring the documents are all up to date
- Prepare insurance reports
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Tier 1 Broking qualification
- Approximately 3-5 years broking experience, preferably in the SME/Commercial arena
- Ability to form enduring client relationships
- Professional presentation
- High level communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Broking Principles and General Insurance products
- Computer literacy
