• Broking Operations Manager for the Commercial team, responsible for managing the strategic direction of the broking team including, budget, new business, retention, business goals, technical assistance.
• Senior Account Manager - Succession planning into Management  - Ideally someone to manage book of Medium to large SME clients. Someone who can take on a Senior Mentoring role with vision for growth and development of the book and the business.  Sizable suburban brokerage who have been growing substantially over the last few years.
• Senior Account Executive / Team Leader - The role looks after a team of approx. 7 people who are all experienced, capable Account/Senior Account Managers. It comes with a book that can be tailored towards the candidate. Generous bonus structure in place. 

Choice of 15 positions most requiring you to run your own book.

• Senior Account Executive required to work with the Branch Manager to development new business and service existing.  Manage a small number of larger/complex accounts & working with the remainder of the branch on growth and development. 
• PI Senior Account Manager - CBD based growing company within the PI sector, this role will be a senior in the team and provide mentorship so strong technical experience across the PI suite.
• Senior Account Executive - progressive brokerage who offer an  excellent environment working in a friendly and rewarding culture with staff who have a strong commitment to making a positive difference. Could suit someone open to equity down the track.  Sound technical expertise across SME and larger end accounts.
• Senior Account Manager 6 people on board ready to take on a broker to help grow the business further.
• Senior Account Manager - (Mornington Peninsula)
• Account Manager manage a book $550K accounts range from $5K to $70K, this roles comes with a dedicated assistant (current Account Manager retiring) 
• Account Executive to work with the Director on a large lucrative account which involves managing Group Income Protection & Travel insurance.
• Account Executive - CBD book size around $350, great brokerage rarely recruit.
• Account Executive - exposure to several scheme based accounts.
• Account Executive to work with Senior part of a team of 3.  They look after a large portfolio mixed bag Domestic, Commercial and Corporate.
• Internal Broker, integral part of the Account Management Team, supporting Senior Brokers in meeting client needs.
• Account Executive - Strata (x3)Tier 1 qualification (insurance broking) with 3-4 years of experience as an Account Executive managing an insurance portfolio.
• Account Executive - Manage a small book $190K 20% domestic and the rest SME.  As its a small book there is a requirement to enjoy the new business side and grow the book this is a fully work from home position.

Choice of 6 positions available. Full Time / Hybrid options. 

• Assistant Account Executive - primary Affinity Health Clients with a partial focus on Motor VIP Program, 2 days from home after probation
• Seasoned assistant to work with a Director on a SME & Corporate book.
• Assistant Account Executive, array of duties involved such as quoting, processing, endorsements, issuing certificates of currency.
• Assistant Account Executive to assist 3 commercial brokers. 2-3 years of experience with an understanding of Winbeat, OT, SCTP, Sunrise and exposure to commercial lines, such as ISR, Liability. 
• Assistant Account Executive - Inner West, this role works with the director of the company providing support with Domestic, Commercial and SME accounts.
• Sales Support Officer - provides administrative support to business, renewals, endorsements, claims.   

• Assistant Manager Claims - Position available for an additional claims executive to support the Manager in a 2IC role, Winbeat / Sunrise / Officetech preferable they will train a person working within the insurance industry but outside the broking sector (insurer or call center).  The role will suit a personable person, it is a busy role, that will see you taking a proactive approach to providing exceptional service to clients across both commercial and domestic claims.
• Senior Personal Injury Liability Claims with Litigation experience - This role needs a person who has a thorough understanding of Personal Injury Liability claims, enabling you to manage a portfolio of claims autonomously including the litigation process.  Candidates need to have the ability to engage with all stakeholders in the claims life cycle and compliment your service focused performance. Their preferred candidate will appreciate the necessity for quality service and efficient claims settlement. This is a fabulous opportunity to make a difference in a fairly niche industry that they operate in by helping clients along their claims journey affording you the unique ability to influence precedent in the industry.
