We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Consultant to join our dedicated Insurance team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a busy, dynamic and team focused telephone environment.
Reporting to the Insurance Sales and Service Manager, the successful applicants will provide a broad range of insurance services to customers through inbound and outbound telephone contact. Utilise your customer service and sales skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assistance with administrative functions will also be an element of the role on an as needs basis.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Quoting and selling a broad range of insurance products
- Assisting customers to make informed decisions by explaining the features and benefits of the various products
- Processing a wide variety of service requests on existing business
- Responding to general enquiries
- Liaising with insurance providers as required
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong commitment to business growth and team success through a positive sales attitude and a focus on personal performance standards
- Ownership for your own learning and consolidation of training provided
- A willingness and the ability to work with some independence
- Flexibility to work variable shift hours
- Proficient with the use of the MS Office Suite
- A working knowledge of CRM and CBS is desirable but not essential
