The opportunity
Working with a group of well regarded Partners, the Melbourne team is looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel level lawyer with solid defendant experience ideally in Third Party Liability Property and/or Construction matters. They will also consider someone who has Professional Indemnity experience in the property and construction space. You will also have the opportunity to work across other Personal Injury law matters if you choose however Property will your main focus.
Exceptional Legal Professional Required
This role will suit a candidate with the following:

• previous defendant insurance experience within property/Construction Liability
• ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service
• strong communication skills
• solid file management skills
• enthusiastic and pragmatic approach
