The Role & The Team
The OneSKY program is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Airservices next generation services including the future Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) through the Program – a joint activity with the Department of Defence.
As the Integration Test Lead, you will provide your expertise in ensuring the quality of the delivery of Integration testing activities in line with Airservices Frameworks. You will provide support to the broader team and work alongside stakeholders including Department of Defence personnel.
You will be monitoring and reporting issues, risks, and escalation for all testing activities, identifying resource requirements for testing activities and coordinating tasks and priorities with Engineering Leads and Project Managers.
This role will also involve:
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams in executing end-to-end system of systems Integration Testing activities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate Integration Test strategies, results, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical abilities to review and analyse end-to-end system Integration Test logs and results, identifying complex issues and proposing effective resolutions.
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and devise innovative solutions to ensure system interoperability.
- Collaboration: Expertise in fostering collaboration and building effective working relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and other key partners.
- Planning and Coordination: Proficiency in planning and coordinating end-to-end system Integration Testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality in Integration Testing efforts.

The Person:
The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end system of systems Integration Testing for large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of system Integration Testing methodologies and best practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering or commensurately experienced.
- Qualification in testing methodologies (ISTQB or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability in managing a large volume of testing activities without loss/drops.
- Demonstrated ability in evaluating resource needs and advocate for them to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to present innovative solutions to testing issues.
- Good understanding of systems engineering processes.
