About the Role
Reporting to the Interiors Principal this role is perfect for an Interior designer who is looking for an active role in a studio and is wanting to immerse themselves in a nurturing environment. You will be given opportunities to contribute and work across all stages of the project. In this role your day to day will see you:
- Collaborating with architects and landscape architects to develop innovative design solutions.
- Utilising Revit for concept development, modelling and documentation
- Participating in site visits and stakeholder meetings, while implementing design solutions for problems that arise on-site.
- Researching and specifying materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in line with project budgets and design direction.
The key selection criteria and experience our client is as follows:
- Formal qualification/degree in Interior Design
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate industry experience
- Proficiency in Revit (minimum 2 years post-graduate experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-residential and build-to-rent projects is a must.
- Exceptional design, technical, and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and design resolution
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset
- Organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
