The Opportunity:
As an Internal Account Manager you will work within a sales driven, customer focused and supportive team environment. Compared to an external Account Manager position this role is located at the Port Melbourne Branch in the sales office working to manage a list of customers remotely.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maximise sales, margin and profit performance
- Grow the existing customer base whilst providing exceptional service to an existing customer list
- Keep up to date with the latest product developments
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and take part in regular training sessions
- Perform regular reporting and administration tasks on a computer
- Represent the Bowens brand to customers
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
- Prior experience as a high performing professional in a competitive and fast paced sales role in the same/similar industry
- Industry knowledge and a sound understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships
- A self-motivated approach and strong follow through on customers' requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and drive to achieve outstanding results
