Coordinator Client Liaison Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (Acvvs)

• In this role with the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme, you will help to link kind-hearted volunteers with seniors seeking a little extra warmth in their lives.
• The ACVVS assists in enriching the lives of the elderly through meaningful connections.

About the Role:

Purpose: to manage and oversee Client Liaison with the ACVVS.

Tasks: 

• To engage with Aged Care Providers to establish and maintain relationships.
• Receive and facilitate support with client referrals.
• Assist to match volunteers and coordinate volunteer visits with the elderly.
• Ensure documentation and records are kept within the ACVVS guidelines.
• Work closely with the ACVVS Coordinator

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to network effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate Excel, Outlook and Office computer programs and ability to learn new systems.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and or working in a relevant discipline or sector.
• Previous work in the Aged Care Sector an advantage
