The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content that informs, educates, and motivates our retail teams worldwide. Your efforts will ensure that all Internal Communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.

- Execute Communication Strategies: Manage and execute comprehensive communication plans across various channels, including newsletters, memos, and service desk enquiries.
- Content Management: Maintain content planners and archives to ensure efficient content sourcing and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate communication and translation projects.
- Feedback and Improvement: Monitor feedback and engagement metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Translation Management: Oversee translation projects to ensure quality and consistency across all materials.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Learning & Development projects and ensure proper document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and accountability.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- A qualification in communications is advantageous.
- Experience in internal retail communications is beneficial.
