About the role 
In this role, you'll be a key member of our flagship branch at Welshpool and be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia. This role will have a particular focus on our mining & industrial + commercial customer base.

A typical day will involve 

• Driving sales and ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch including quoting and expediting projects and processing customer orders 
• Managing customer sales, quoting/product sourcing, and management of customer projects including DIFOT
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products. 
• Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained
• Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
• Active capture of sales information into CRM as sales excellence best practice

A bit about you 

• Strong sales/customer service experience focusing on mining & industrial or commercial sectors.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential.
• A passion for providing great customer service.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
