About the role

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves organizing things? We've got an exciting full-time opportunity for you as an Online/Internal Sales Representative for electronic security products.

What you'll do

So, picture this, you’ll be the go-to person for processing orders using our online systems and keeping our product database in top shape. But that's not all! You'll also be the friendly voice on the phone and the helpful presence in emails, building relationships with customers and answering all their burning questions about our products, pricing, orders, and more.

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities

• Taking care of order processing and maintaining our product database. 
• Chatting with customers over the phone and email, helping them out with everything from product queries to delivery concerns. 
• Putting together quotes based on what our customers need.
• Making sure our customers are happy even after they've made their purchase, handling things like warranties and returns.
• Keeping up-to-date with all our products and services, because knowledge is power!
• Receiving and dispatching stock for customer and the internal team
• Giving a hand with general office tasks because teamwork makes the dream work.

What we're looking for

Now, let's talk about you. To excel in this position, you'll need:

• Experience in customer service, sales, and administration. If you've dabbled in electronics or similar industries, that's a big plus!
• Some tech know-how, especially when it comes to IT technologies.
• Great communication skills, both on the phone and in emails. Bonus points if you've worked in a call centre before!
• Familiarity with online sales platforms. If you've worked with one before, even better!
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and platforms like a pro.
• A genuine passion for making customers happy.
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for staying organized.
