A leading MSP that has been operating for over 20+ years is seeking an Internal Sales and Account Management Coordinator for a permanent opportunity with potential start date of February/March 2024.

The primary role of the Internal Sales and Account Management Coordinator is to manage all Internal Sales/Account Management functions to support the Account Management team.
In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to Account Management and technical team.
- Management of vendor, bid pricing and quotations.
- Statement of Work creation and processing.
- Coordinate testimonials / case studies for marketing.
- New business development and sales support.
- Lead generation support.
- Warm lead follow ups and appointment setting.
- Support for Sales and marketing team.
- Annuity and Contract administration.
- Internal documentation and procedure management.
- Assist with product selection and technical project scoping.
About you:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all organisational levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Task orientated.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Customer service and solution focused.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work autonomously.
- High level of problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Experience / Certification
- Have worked in a technology environment.
- Have or in process of achieving an IT certification.

- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Drivers license required.
- Must have strong attention to detail and customer focused mindset.
