Atlan Stormwater specializes in stormwater quality improvement and quantity management, with a range of biological systems and engineered products. We have a broad range of products & focus on the complete “treatment train”. Our customer base is primarily civil contractors & plumbers. We work with councils, engineers & contractors to provide solutions for gross pollutant & nutrient capture from stormwater systems in urban environments.
We have national coverage with offices in all states; our VIC offices are at both Rowville & Geelong.

The role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to reach out, research, connect, re-engage, and build long-term quality relationships with our clients and prospects to establish new businesses.
Preferably, the candidate will have experience and the ability to research and analyze potential new work opportunities to enable the business to grow.
Working from our Rowville Offices you will:
- Managing existing accounts, and potential and dormant customers through outbound calls
- Sourcing new business through various methods and generating leads through outbound calls
- No reluctance in initiating and making outbound calls to existing and prospective new clients
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Tender prospecting using available tools, personal research, and intel that you have come across
- Consistently updating CRM Database
- Setting up customer agreements on CRM and ensuring correct details are captured
- Monitor and report competitor intel including price, product, and service
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a proactive project sales role
- High-level communication skills with a clear telephone voice and manner
- You are naturally a confident individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone, book an appointment, and present to a room of people
- Experience within the Construction, Building, or Engineering industry will be highly regarded
- Strong working knowledge of CRM Systems and Microsoft Applications
- Highly motivated – “can do attitude”
- Good personal presentation
- Self-directed and possess the ability to take directions and follow through on assigned tasks while working within a small team, as well as independently
- Driver’s license
