Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base
• Engage with customers over the phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Proactively contacting customers with a view to driving sales and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and expanding our customer base.
• Provide support to the front desk by serving customers, answering phones and general administrative tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotes.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales / customer service. Experience in the building industry is ideal, however not essential.
• Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a “can do” attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
