Responsibilities of this role include:
- Process sales orders via trade counter, phone, and email
- General branch support, admin and ad-hoc duties
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Supporting the internal and external sales team and management
- Providing quotes and estimates as required
- Meet or exceed targets and KPI's
The Candidate!
We are seeking candidates with any sort of customer service or sales experience with a background from Hardware, Trade Wholesale, Electrical Wholesale, Electronic Security or technology will be considered!
- Prior experience in an Internal Sales, Trade Counter, Customer Service position
- Genuine interest towards electronics/technology (desirable)
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Have a great attitude and customer service skills
