The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a positive mindset, great communication skills and be a team player. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our branch and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Duties and responsibilities: Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations. Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. Assisting with general branch support and administration. Work collaboratively with other departments Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers. Who are you? At least 6 months to a years’ experience in Customer service or warehouse A Driver’s License is essential. Mechanical aptitude with Hydraulic hose and fitting knowledge is advantageous. Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc) Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas. Proven safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures. Why us?
