Job Description The Company:
My client is a multi-disciplined company that has been operating in Australia for 30 years. Representing over 15 global services specializing in flow metering, gas & flame detection, instrumentation & sampling equipment. The company's long‐standing relationship with their principals allows them to offer customers the highest level of product expertise. Due to growth, they now require the assistance of an Internal Sales professional to join their Sydney Team.
The Role:
- Management of all customer enquiries, sales leads and sales opportunities.
- Responsible for processing orders, sourcing pricing from suppliers and general enquiries.
- Assist external sales and internal functions through up-to-date information sharing
- Generate revenue by identifying customer needs and maximizing opportunities to convert into sales.
- Support warehouse on deliveries
- General branch support and admin duties
- Store duties
- Proven customer service/Internal sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A technical aptitude
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- A passion for sales and customer service and providing solutions to customer needs
- Ability to lift 20+ KG
- Forklift License
