The Role:
We're looking for a Internal Salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellent customer service.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Helping customers to find the perfect product solutions
- Preparing quotations from technical drawings supplied by clients
- Managing communications via emails, phone, and web chats
- Contacting existing customers to gather information on current market needs
- Collaborate with marketing on new initiatives
- Engaging with walk-in customers
- Coordinating with the warehouse and fabrication teams to ensure accurate lead times
